Product Returns - Sure Solution sells software licenses and web services. We do not offer returns, credit or refunds on any product or service for sale on the web site. Before you check out be sure you ordered the correct product. ALL SALES ARE IMMEDIATE & FINAL.

Tax - Sure Solutions charges 6% New Jersey State Sales Tax on all orders shipped within New Jersey. NO EXCEPTIONS

Shipping - Sure Solutions ships all packages via USPS Express service.

Delivery - orders placed before 1:00 PM are typically shipped same day. Priority service usually takes two or three days delivery time. Express service is typically one day delivery.
