A: Yes! Sure Solutions will review your current website or logo materials and incorporate your desired logo into the BuyThisDesign template at no cost. In the absence of a logo Sure Solutions will create a simple logo that uses your business name or domain name into the header logo area at no cost.
Q: Who will import my catalog of products?
A: Sure Solutions will instruct you on the creation of an acceptable product import file or assist with the export of a product file from QuickBooks. Our technical staff will work through importing and cataloging your products for deployment. The catalog can handle up to 10,000 products with an unlimited number of catalog sections and sub sections.
Q: Must I change my web hosting?
A: No! There is no need to change your web hosting provider. Sure Solutions provides hosting for clients seeking a single ecommerce provider relationship. If you have a good working relationship with your web host so not change your provider. In some cases Sure Solutions provides advanced plug-ins for the Actinic ecommerce software like the Serendipity weblog, Urchin advanced ecommerce reporting, digital upload plug-in and dada mail email broadcaster which may require administrator access to the server to configure.
Q: How does support for the site design work?
A: Sure Solutions includes 2 hours of pre project planning to educate the customer on the process of assembling the website catalog and content. In addition Sure Solutions include two hours of training to review advanced order processing features and catalog maintenance with Actinic ecommerce software. Sure Solutions supports the design and deployment of all ecommerce template sites for 30 days after the deployment. In rare cases where modifications are needed beyond the 30 days support Sure Solutions charges its usual time and materials fees for changes out side the support window.
Q: Can I customize the website?
A: Yes! Upon completion of the deployment process all materials including databases and source html codes are delivered to the BuyThisDesign client. Training is provided to educate the customer on the use of Actinic ecommerce software. The client has full control of all content, informational pages and catalog pages on the website. Clients who make code level changes to the website templates are not entitled to free support for their own code changes. Clines who remove the Sure Solutions logo/link from the design templates are not supported.
Q: Can I build and maintain my own pages using the design?
A: Yes! BuyThisDesign ecommerce templates are fully integrated into the Actinic GUI interface. Users can create new pages of informational content as well as add and remove catalog pages through the Actinic ecommerce software.
Q: How often must I upgrade the Actinic software?
A: Actinic software is a licensed application that runs from your desktop. Actinic provides free download patches of the software for sub version releases to keep your website up to date and secure. You are not obligated to upgrade the software but it is highly recommended. Full versions can be upgraded to the next version release typically at a cost of 60% of the original license (i.e. going from version 6 to version 7). Actinic supports the latest release and its predecessor. Typically a full version release of the Actinic software is made every 18 months.
Q: Can I track my inventory using QuickBooks?
A: Yes! Actinic Software has a two way integration with the intuit Quickbooks products. Merchant can exchange product customer and order information between Actinic Software and Intuit QuickBooks. Inventory can be managed in Quickbooks and as orders are received in the Actinic Software the inventory values can be updated and passed to the website.

A: Yes! Actinic ecommerce software includes Paypal payment processing.

A: Yes! Actinic allows merchants to process real time transactions using payment gateways Authorize.net, Quickbooks Merchant Services WorldPay or Internet secure. As well Actinic Software enables merchants to accept credit card securely through SSL security for processing through terminals or Quickbooks.
Q: What product image format is required and can the software resize the picture automatically?
A: Sure Solutions recommends jpeg format for all product images. Care should be taking not to use illegal characters or spaces in product image file names to maintain compatibility with major product merchandising submission sites like Froogle and Shopping.com. Actinic software does not format or resize images automatically.
Q: What is the standard fees for any additional customization changes?
A: Sure Solutions standard rate for time and materials work is $105.00 per hour. Custom design projects include a price not to exceed estimate.
Q: Is the Actinic ecommerce software included in the price of the BuyThisDesign templates?
A: No! Actinic ecommerce software is sold separate of the ecommerce templates. There are several versions of the software available with differing costs and features. Contact a Sure Solutions representative to discuss which software is correct for your website.

A: Yes! Sure Solutions builds the web pages to current industry standards. All pages are validated for correct html tags and proper coding syntax. All template pages are tested for minimal down loads and full browser comparability standards. Emphasis is given to proper format, structure and usage of critical heading and title tags to make the website content most visible to search crawlers.
